If you are a supporter on an ianacare team you can invite additional people to join, however, they must be approved by the caregiver. In addition, you can start a team and invite a caregiver to join who will become the owner and have the ability to create requests (Read more here.)
Here is how you do it:
First, go to the home screen in the ianacare app. Make sure you are looking at the category view where you see all of the ways someone can help.
Next, scroll to the bottom where you will see the option to add people to this team. Tapping that will take you to the team page where you can see everyone who is already part of the team.
Scroll to the bottom again and you will see a button that says "Invite Supporter."
Tap that button.
On the next screen you will see two options. At the top you can select "Copy Invite Link" which is a useful way to invite people who are part of an existing group text or even to include in a post on Facebook that explains why you are using ianacare and encourages people to join.
From there you can access everyone in your contacts on your mobile device by selecting one or multiple people at a time to send an invite to.
Once you've selected the right people, tap on the "send invite" button at the bottom of the screen and you're done!
